• Transactional e-mails: Resend (sending of order confirmations and download links).
• Audience measurement: Umami Cloud (traffic statistics with no cookie or individual tracking, data stored in the European Union).

4. Site activity

The Site offers the online sale of digital photographs (notably of action and outdoor sports: surfing, bodyboarding, windsurfing, foiling, paddleboarding, land yachting, climbing and other outdoor activities), in the form of downloadable high-definition files. The purchase of a photograph grants a licence for strictly personal and non-commercial use, under the conditions set out in the T&Cs. Any unauthorised reproduction, representation or exploitation is prohibited and liable to prosecution.

The processing of personal data collected via the Site is described in the Privacy Policy. In accordance with the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act ("Informatique et Libertés"), the user has a right of access, rectification, erasure and objection regarding their data, which may be exercised at: contact@youinthespot.com.
